Bulky seed, feed and equipment parts demand heavy-capacity structural racking and outdoor-ready storage for long or irregular loads.
From selective pallet rack to specialty containers, every component is load-rated and supplied with assembly drawings for predictable installation.
Closed tubular uprights absorb forklift impact far better than open roll-formed sections, reducing damage, downtime and replacement costs in high-traffic aisles.
Fabricated from hot-rolled structural steel channels for uprights and beams, SK3000 delivers exceptional value where loads, traffic or dynamic systems demand maximum strength.

Learn MoreA practical comparison our engineers use in early project reviews. Density and selectivity always trade off, so start with your SKU count and inventory rotation.
| System | Storage Density | Pallet Selectivity | Inventory Rotation | Best For |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Selective Pallet Rack | Any (direct access) | High SKU counts, mixed loads, general distribution | ||
| Double-Deep Rack | LIFO | Two or more pallets per SKU, reach-truck operations | ||
| Pushback Rack | LIFO | Medium-velocity SKUs stored 2–6 pallets deep | ||
| Pallet Flow Rack | FIFO | Food, beverage and date-sensitive products | ||
| Drive-In / Drive-Through | LIFO / FIFO | Large quantities of few SKUs, cold storage | ||
| Cantilever Rack | Any | Lumber, pipe, bar stock and long or bulky items |
Ratings are relative guidance. Final capacity depends on pallet weight, clear height, forklift type, seismic zone and local code. Send your layout to [email protected] for an engineered recommendation.
International buyers need more than steel. They need a supplier who reads a floor plan, questions a load assumption and ships a system that goes together the first time.
We confirm pallet sizes, weights, clear height, forklift specs, sprinkler lines and floor slab data before any drawing begins.
CAD layouts compare selective, high-density and pick-module options with pallet-position counts for each scenario.
Uprights, beams and connectors are produced to drawing, with dimensional and finish checks before release.
Coded bundles, packing lists and load documentation simplify customs clearance and on-site sorting.
Assembly manuals and remote engineering support help your installer build safely, followed by inspection checklists.
Practical guidance on capacity, rack damage and total cost of ownership.

Before committing to a building addition or new distribution center, make sure you are fully using the cube you already have. High-density racking often recovers capacity at a fraction of the cost.

The true cost of a rack system is not set on installation day. It is measured over years of operation, repairs and downtime.

Ask an EngineerBoltless tubular racking uses closed-section uprights that resist forklift impact and assemble quickly without bolts, ideal for high-traffic selective storage. Structural racking uses hot-rolled steel channels bolted together, suited to heavy loads, drive-in, pushback, pallet flow and cold storage where maximum durability is required.
Pallet dimensions and weight, number of pallet positions, clear building height, forklift type and lift height, sprinkler layout, floor slab details, seismic zone and your inventory rotation method (FIFO or LIFO). A CAD floor plan speeds up layout design.
Projects can be engineered with reference to widely used specifications such as ANSI MH16.1 (RMI), EN 15512 and AS 4084, according to the destination market and the requirements of your local authority having jurisdiction.
Uprights, beams and accessories are bundled, labeled by component code and secured for container loading to prevent transit damage. Every shipment includes a packing list, assembly drawings and load capacity documentation.
Drive-in, pallet flow and pushback racking deliver the highest density by reducing aisles. Drive-in suits large quantities of one SKU, pallet flow suits FIFO rotation for perishables, and pushback suits multiple SKUs with LIFO rotation.
